Admissions Information and Forms for 2010-2011 School Year

Choosing the right educational environment for your child is important. That is why we encourage all families to visit St. Bernadette School, tour the classrooms, and spend some time meeting our faculty, staff, and students. If your child would like to experience life in their grade-level classroom, please ask about shadowing opportunities. Once you have decided that St. Bernadette's is the right place for your family, student registration begins by completing the admissions packet including the required registration fee. The initial registration packet includes the New Student Application and Parish Affiliation Form*. Families seeking tuition assitance (FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment) should also include forms for these programs.
